I agree in general but actually am an exception to number 2. I prefer the request being phrased as a polite request, or maybe as “I would like you to..” or “I want you to…” rather than just do this, even if the relationship is established. Submissive as I usually am just saying “do this” or “do that” coldly raises my resentment hackles up and puts me in the wrong mindset. And I know others like this. Just a note that you might want to find out what sort of person you’re dealing with and adjust accordingly if you want the best results. YMMV.

At the risk of stating the obvious and here and there somewhat awkwardly phrased, but still a good list to circulate.
