Show Me the … MUSIC!

Music inspires a ton of fan fiction by creating another element of a story’s setting that otherwise can’t be written. Just like Six Sentence Sunday and WIP Wednesday, MMM is an opportunity for creators to share songs for their upcoming fics–a teaser, if you will, to get readers excited for your newest adventure! This blog is for YOU!

READERS

We want to hear from you, too! Do you ever hear a song, and it reminds you of your favorite pairing(s), maybe even your favorite scene in a game? Tell us about it! Comment or shoot us a message with the deets, and we will include it on our special section called Chords from Canon. You can also do a shout-out to writers and their fics!

WRITERS

Submit your song inspo of your current WIP (one that you are going to publish in a week or two)! PLEASEinclude the following:

• Title and Artist of the song
• Title of your WIP; if it’s part of a series, include things like series title, part/chapter number and/or title
• Choices Book/Universe (TRR, OPH, PM, TNA, etc)
• Pairings

There are TWO (2) ways to enter your songs:

• Comment on this post (reblog or comment)
• If you want to make your own MMM post with your own header (similar to SSS or WW), that is totally fine! Just make sure you tag this blog (@moodmusicmonday)

Songs must be submitted by 8:00 AM (CST) on Tuesday. Spotify playlist will be posted on Tuesday! I will also post a link to the playlist so you can take the songs with you.
