What’s better than being together with the people you love at Christmas? In my opinion nothing, apart from the mug cake.

INGREDIENTS for the mug cake (1 person)

2 table spoons and a half of flour, 3 table spoons of sugar, 1 egg, 3 table spoons of bitter cocoa powder, 3 table spoons of milk, 2 table spoon of seed oil, half a teaspoon of yeast

COOKINGPROCEDURE

First break the egg and add the oil and milk, then mix carefully with the table spoon. Add cocoa powder, sugar and flour, then mix energetically with the table spoon. Finally add half a teaspoon of yeast.

Oven or microwave at 180 degrees for 15’

Small oven at 140 degrees for 25’’

TIPS

You can also do the toothpick test, sticking it in the cup to check if the cake is ready.

I was wrong to add the chocolate chips because they clustered on the surface and burned, so I do not recommend using them.

If you don’t have milk at home, water is also fine but the cake will be a little more spongy.
