Sinking is more often than not, a natural handheld process. It may sound absurd at first but think: you chose to sink-in in your unparalleled life-turning relationships and eventually breakups. You turned those heartbreaks into miseries and over and above called your life a result of misfortune.

Every decision you make in life weighs your enormous contribution in it too. So next time you apply defensive mechanism, think for yourself: “am I doing it right?” and if even in the slightest - edgiest bit you fumble to answer that question, refrain from losing the rope. Refrain yourself from being defensive. Refrain yourself from being judgmental. And on top of that, refrain yourself from instant reactions.
