As winter comes to a close (and comes to a peak for some of us) Cities: Skylines’ Snowfallexpansion sets out to bring the wonder, beauty, and civil engineering struggles that come with the ice cold weather. i haven’t linked one of these in a while, but humble bundle has a bigass bundle of cities skylines DLC that includes the base game, which is extremely relevant to my interests and possibly also yours
$20 gets you the full bundle, or you can pay a dollar for the base game only (with $10 and $15 tiers also)
i already have most of these and i still might end up buying it because even for half this pack $20 isn’t bad
You can’t start building a railroad or a road network in the middle of nowhere. You must connect them to an existing road or rail network.
Cargo and passenger train stations are not built upon a rail line; they are built upon a road and then connected to the rail line. If you have built a rail line across the map and want to create a new village around the rail line, you must first drive a road across the map, place your rail station, and then realign your rail right-of-way to connect to the station.
Not all transit methods require placement upon roads. Harbors require a connection to water. Once the building is placed, you connect the building’s built-in road to your road network, or create a new road network off of the building. There is no option to upgrade the road that runs through the building; you cannot turn the building’s two-lane street into a two-lane street with trams.
