You call forth spirits to protect you. They flit around you to a distance of 15 feet for the Duration. If you are good or neutral, their spectral form appears angelic or fey (your choice). If you are evil, they appear fiendish.
When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it. An affected creature’s speed is halved in the area, and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 radiant damage (if you are good or neutral) or 3d8 necrotic damage (if you are evil). On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.
Finally got around to finishing up the pattern for Jester! Took me a few days to get all the photos needed to show how to sew everything together. One day I’ll get a nicer setup for photos, maybe actually use a real white box and good lighting >_<
One of my goals for 2019 is to write up more patterns. I want to get better at organizing everything, and coming up with interesting things to make.
Waylon Timbers Saves the Party Ellen T. Crenshaw ink, watercolor, & gouache on paper
This is my piece for the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons art exhibition at Fan*Alley! It depicts an ass-whooping by powerful witches and a two-headed dog, in which nearly every member of my party died. We were at last saved by our gnome bard, who had, instead of joining us in battle, sneaked away to steal things.
SoCal locals, come see the painting in person at Fan*Alley’s grand opening! 6pm-10pm 423 S. Brookhurst St. Suite O | Anaheim, CA
