LIVE

:) Gotta support the boi’s merch with some fanartttt. I’m hoping to get one of those sweet CLOAK hoodies soon. ❤

I really wish Cloak was selling the In Space With Mark mugs separately. I really want only 1 or 2 of them, but I can’t afford all 4 for $40

Anti would make the best model for halloween releases, sorry I don’t make the rules

(This is from Cloak’s past Nothing Gold release)

ISWM CLOAK MERCH DROPPED!

64.00 for a Hoodie with a horrible looking screen print on it..

119.00 for khaki coveralls?!?! And what happened to being size inclusive? Cloak stuff used to go up to 5X!?!?! I can tell you right now that those will rip and tear within the first few times you wear them. 65% poly /35% Cotton!?!? Do you realize how thin that material is going to be? It looks like it might be a bit sheer as well so to my peeps who wear bras.. Be careful.

You can’t buy the mugs individually. You gotta pay 40 and it’s not even the ones I want.. no thnx.

I am hoping that the second run of ISWM has Merch from Second City Prints. Cloak is a ripoff and their shipping is hell.

With CLOAK producing the ISWM merchandise, can I just say how weird it is that I can’t find a source for a location on where the clothing is made? Like all I’ve found is that the tags say ‘Made in China’ and that doesn’t exactly breed confidence in their claim on being ethically made clothes.

Is it so much to ask for exactly where these expensive clothing are being made??

Cloak dropped their claim of producing “Ethical and Sustainable” Clothing/Work environment less then a year after being in business. They removed all mention of it from their website and when asked about it now they claim to follow standard safety practices for the location of the warehouse.

You can’t get an actual location of it from anyone as far as I know and since it’s not actually run by Poke/Mark/Sean (They are just the face for it. Mark said in his Phillip DeFranco interview that Cloak wasn’t an idea they came up with but one their Agent did.) You can however compare the material blends on the tags and find out an approximate location of where that particular set of clothes are being made. (It’s how I found out Cloak’s Shirt’s only cost them 6.00 each but they sell for 32.00-34.00)

I bought a hoodie and t shirt at launch. The t shirt very quickly became rough, and covered in piling. The sleeves of the hoodie are coming apart at the edges near my hands, not even the seam. I’ve followed care instructions on the label and only washed the items in a garment bag. I reached out to what is supposed to be their exceptional customer service regarding the piling. I was told it was common on clothing and was sent a link on ways to remove piling from clothing. I bought another hoodie during a good sale and haven’t worn it much so not much issue with it.

I bought a hoodie and a t shirt during the FNAF collab and they were both pretty garbage. There were issues with the stitching on the hoodie, lots of loose ends, missing sections, etc the pocket ended up coming off partly because of it. The t shirt was rough and the image started coming off pretty quickly and had a random hole in the middle of the front. It’s since been trashed. It was even in good enough shape to donate.

Their collabs are merch quality with higher pricing and their regular stuff is nowhere near worth what they charge. I have better quality clothing that costs considerably less from other places. I made the decision to stop supporting Cloak awhile ago. I certainly won’t buy again after reading what’s in this thread.

I was also pretty disappointed to learn that Mark was doing a Cloak drop for In Space With Markiplier when traditionally he does a fun merch drop and often uses fan art. It’s clearly not what they marketed it as and it’s not for everyone. It’s for people able and willing to spend money for the creator names attached to it. This is solely my experience with Cloak and I can’t support them and can’t recommend them to anyone.

I’ve seen a lot of people wonder when merch will drop. Well it looks like some Cloakbrand has that covered! ISWM merch drops tomorrow at 9 AM PST! Finally!

Well that’s disappointing. Heist merch was affordable.. Cloak is an unethical overpriced sweatshop that takes forever to ship anything and stuff gets crammed into the packaging so badly it often splits open during shipping. Their customer service is rude as hell and they ignore you until you complain with proof on social media.

I wish they had gone with SecondCity again. The Unus Annus merch was top tier and the customer service was excellent!

Why hasn’t Cloak Brand released “Handsome and/or Beautiful” booty shorts yet?

The world needs them
