Downton Abbey- Laura Carmicheal as Edith Crawley
Ok. This dress is gorgeous. Edith’s fashion really hit it’s stride once we reached the 1920′s and this is one of her best looks. The seafoam green fabric, the dropped waist with asymmetrical skirt…the embroidery on the bodice kind of reminds me of a peacock for some reason…and of course, the back of the dress is what makes the look, for me. I love the chain hanging down like that, it is just so cool.
