This just in! Made this custom Velveteen Blazer for a client, she wanted it based off her favorite blouse. I used the blouse pattern to make the jacket pattern.
This is my first Jacket Pattern Draft ever! I’m so happy it turned out alright, and she loves it, which is what matters most in my world!

Unfortunately there’s no good way to get a picture of a Cathedral Veil without the bride in it. Can’t do that till after the wedding. So this will have to suffice.
12 feet of tulle and 10 yards of lace later, I was able to machine stitch the scalloped edge, but had to hand sew the rest of it down. The only thing prettier is the bride who’ll be wearing it.
