Remembering Helen McCrory
Eddie Redmayne was among the celebrities who honored the late actress Helen McCrory at a memorial service in London Thursday. McCrory was married to actor Damian Lewis and died from breast cancer in April 2021. Damian Watcyn Lewis OBE was born on February 11, 1971 in London, UK. He portrayed Richard “Dick” Winters in Band of Brothers. Such a great performance by a great actor!

Richard Davis Winters was born on January 21, 1918 in New Holland, Pennsylvania, US. He was an officer of the US Army and fought with 101st Airborne Division during World War II. He was the embodiment of the word ‘leadership’.
