This is Daniel Henshall from the film Snowtown. It’s one of my favorite films of the year. It’s disturbing, memorable, and just flat-out a well-made piece of filmmaking.
Snowtown is a must-see. It’s not just a film, it’s an experience. I watched this without reading up too much on it and I think that you guys should too. Well, okay, I guess a minimal background about it is that it’s based on a true story and that it is a crime film set in early 90’s Australia. The acting is brutally honest and just simply phenomenal. It’s very naturalistic like the film, Winter’s Bone (another excellent film with a fantastic performance from everyone, especially from Jennifer Lawrence). The main character reminded me of Heath Ledger somewhat and he was just spectacular. As for the other main character played by Daniel Henshall. Man, he’s one scary mofo. That’s all I can say.
