I don’t get to make cinnamon rolls very often

Making brioche is a lot of work, so I only ever do huge batches. This one roll is 1/6th of what was made yesterday in preparation!

The process of rolling the dough out and then rolling it up is really soothing. I also like watching the progress while the dough rests.

Best with coffee. ❤
