Japan is birthplace of most of the famous cartoon characters- Doraemon, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, Pikachu, Mario and it is an endless list. Japan has made the entire kids of the world fall in love with it’s super cute cartoons which are officially now the Mascots of Japan!!

Japanese people being lovers of anime and cartoon characters, these mascots are highly popular everywhere. Furthermore, the characters often adopt the instantly recognizable form of a region’s special product, culture, history or other outstanding feature, and they’re considered familiar figures and widely loved.Want to know about them,here it is:

1)Doraemon - Often known as Doremon in India, Doraemon is the most loved Robot Cat that is friends with Nobita and it gives all the useful advice to him when he is in trouble also giving him unique gadgets(first love of Japan)

2)Hello Kitty -She is portrayed as a bright and kind-hearted cat who is good at baking cookies and loves Mama’s homemade apple pie. She likes to collect cute things and her favorite subjects in school are English, music, and art. Originally aimed at pre-adolescent females Hello Kitty’s market has broadened to include adult consumers. She can be found on a variety of products ranging from school supplies to fashion accessories and high-end consumer products, including various diamond necklaces in Japan.

3)Pokemon - The mobile video game Pokemon Go has million people in the U.S. and elsewhere glued to their smartphones in search of virtual creatures in real-life settings. Pokemon is better to be called as anime since that directly specifies it’s a Japanese animation, and also suggests the styles and traditions that are applied to Japanese animation.The Pokémon anime started in 1997, one year after the original game released in Japan. Those handheld classics celebrate their 20th anniversary this week. The cartoon is still going today-A 900-episode run.

4)Mario - When you think about video games, one of the first characters that comes to mind is Mario—the chubby little Italian plumber hero who always saves his damsel in distress created by Nintendo. I grew up playing Mario…most of you would have!! Mario is fun for the whole family. .Mario is the reason video games are real, respected and acknowledged.

5)Shin-chan - We all love shin-chan because of his funny activities, all the time  getting slaps from his mom & dad ,Shin-chan looks adorable and innocent, but he really isn’t. He annoys every adult he possibly can either by being disgusting or acting like a bratty kid.He easily falls in love with girls.The character Shin-chan has also been adapted in movies and smartphone games.
