Born LA 2014 enabling escape from the death of her best fiend, boy name Miguel Nazareth Narez jr, drag name Sadgirl taken from relating her own childhood memories with characters in movie ‘Mi Vida Loca’ 1994 (aka My Crazy Life) written and directed by Allison Anders. Her drag is from a love of powerful women who don’t need no ‘vato’ (man) and drag mom JESSE PLASTIQUE who pushes extra colour into her rainbow fantasy. Being a drag queen to Sadgirl means embracing and returning all the love, respect and good times this illuminated heart of gold queen is living.
