Off to boot camp in an hour! I love mixing strength training with cardio! You get such a good workout!
Then tonight I’m off to a wedding. Im going to try my best to behave. Although that’s not hard when you’re gluten free!
I went to see a Natural Path last week, and he discussed with me a Eat For Your Blood Type Diet. Apparently, type O blood types are more likely to have issues with gluten and dairy! Who knew right?
So next week, I’m being tested for my allergies and starting the Blood Type diet to see if it helps me feel better and improve my health :)
Day 48 of eating healthy and gluten free + 12lbs down = One happy girl!!
Gluten free has almost completely healed all my symptoms. Making it so much easier to workout and (believe it or not) sleep like I used to before my health took a nose dive!
All my clothes fit again! And I hit my goal of fitting into my jeans before the weather calls for jeans :)
