Your body isn’t ruined. In fact, quite the opposite. Your body is healing from the unforgivingness and cruelty of society. Your body is learning to live and enjoy every moment. Life isn’t about how long you live, but how you live it. Eat. Rebel against the conditioned fear of fatness. Eat. Forget those who have not learned to live and hate you for knowing more than them. Eat. Ignore the lies of the corporations only interested in profiting on your self-hate and desire for thinness. Eat. Love the flowing curves of your body. Eat. Indulge your desires. Live how you want to live. Eat. Live to eat if it makes you happy. Food can be for something more than simple survival. Eat.  If there’s an easier way to do something, do it that way. It’s not lazy, it’s practical. Eat. Don’t save the yummy treat for tomorrow. Tomorrow might not come. Eat. Heal. Rebel. Love. Indulge. Live. You’re not ruining yourself, you’re loving yourself.
