I thought i could stop talking about the Silverstone gp but guess not.

I listened to the radio today and the guy who gives the sports report surprisingly mentioned F1. This being uncommon in my country i raised the volume and he brought up something i hadn’t thought about.

He said “I only have one doubt in my mind. Where did lewis got the flag from? I never saw him stop did he have it in the car? If so did he knew he was going to win? Did he knew that taking out Max and Sergio being out of points was securing his podium? I want clarification of this apart from the fact that when he won the world championship the show he put on was not like this. He definitely showed off because his fans were there which definitely comes across as disrespectful”

He put that doubt in my mind and while i was definitely mad due to his attitude i don’t go as far as thinking the race was fixed. Took the time to check the cameras and he stops to pick up the flag. This gives me a certain peace of mind. I am still not happy about how all of this was handled but at least i know that the race wasn’t fixed.

If anyone did anything with malicious intentions they will get it back at them. In the meantime lets calm down.

Another Sunday of Valterri Bottas giving an amazing performance of pace skills and overall patience and it doesn’t get even a quarter of acknowledgment from Mercedes, the press of the “fans” of the Mercedes Team. I understand we all have a favorite driver but this is too much I understand why Valterri has that type of attitude towards his own team.

Don’t waste time and get it right

I think we can all agree that when things get political they become trash. I could sit here and give many many examples but I am just going to stick with the topic. FIA should stick to technical issues such as security on track, I am still waiting on regulations about uniforms and security specially the gloves but their priorities are on pit stop time.

The pit stop time it’s entirely on the hands of the mechanics and to have the FIA put their noses in a business that does not concern them its very twisted. Let’s get real none of those old men are going on the track to change anybodies tires so how about they sit at their office and do their job. I’d like to know in what this new pit stop time regulation is going to help. It’s like telling a student they have to spend an entire hour to do a test even if they it in finish 30 minutes.

Leave that to the mechanics they get paid to be efficient aka not wasting time.
