Mandarin oranges are a common winter fruit in East Asia. In my family we typically peel the fruit open in the shape of a flower and enjoy it as a snack while reading or watching TV.
Okay, hear me out, so this may not be the most… obvious interpretation of the theme, but putting a jacket on someone to keep them warm is something my family does a lot, so when I saw the prompt this was what came to mind. In my mind this piece also wraps up the Christmas outing mini-series in the last two fanart.
Possibly an unorthodox interpretation of the prompt, but I wanted to draw something Christmas-y. ;) The store depicted in the fanart is based on Käthe Wohlfahrt, a German company that specializes in Christmas-themed decorations and items.
