#fan letter

I haven’t been a fan of yours for that long (less than 3 months hehehehe~) but I already have so much to thank you for. I stumbled upon you not too long ago on Roommate. I had started watching it because of Lee Dong Wook but I ended up looking at you instead. You were like a ray of sunshine on that show and since then, you have made me happy every time I got to watch you whether it be in fan videos from your concerts or on interviews or on other variety shows.

Lately, life has been a bit of a struggle. It’s hard to wake up each day only to have to face more and more difficulties. But thankfully, you are able to help me through it. I just have to open my Youtube or my Instagram or Twitter and I can see your smiling face. While life is still hard, at least for a moment it seems a bit better. So, thank you for that.

It’s your birthday today! It’s almost over actually so I’ll try to be quick…

I hope you were able to spend the day happy and smiling with the people you hold most dear to your heart. I hope for awhile you were able to just relax and just be with them not as a kpop idol, always busy, always thinking of where you have to be next but just as their son, their brother, their friend…I know those
moments in your life can be very rare.

Please, take care of yourself. You tell us to be healthy always but in return, I hope you will also remember that you are human too. You need rest, you need to eat properly and you sometimes need to step back and appreciate what you have now.

Work is important but YOU are more important. We will still be here, waiting. So if you need to rest, please rest a bit. Don’t push yourself too hard for us. It will not make us happy. Yes, we may see you constantly but we know when your smile does not reach your eyes or when your laugh is weaker than usually…so don’t overdo it! Okay?

Since today is the celebration of the Tanabata Festival in Japan, I’m posting this as my wish.

It is also known as the “Star Festival”, it is accustomed this day for people to write one’s wish and hope for it to come true.

The legend is actually an interesting story, you guys should read it. As for my wish, I know it’s almost impossible for Daiki to read this but I still gave it a try as my wish for the festival.

Update: Regarding the second issue on the doodle thing, it isn’t actually Momo of Twice, it’s just a fan with a “Momo” username who claimed to be Yamada Ryosuke’s girlfriend but later on, she admits she is just a fan. Sorry for the confusion ! Below you can find the original open letter;
