“HYPERFLAT COLLECTIVE”

The Collective is an assemblage of fashion works inspired by Japanese Manga, Anime and Video game culture. The exhibit aims to expand the aesthetic of “Flatness” proposed through the study of Artist, Takashi Murakami’s Superflat art through a series of collaborative fashion creations and introduced as the “Hyperflat Collective”.

The Exhibits celebrates the remembrance of childhood, nostalgia, Japanese Otaku culture and Fashion. The collaborative works drew huge inspiration from Japanese animation and manga as well as video games. Fashion bridges ideals, inspire, recreates memories and bonds individuals.

The Collective is an assemblage of fashion works inspired by Japanese Manga, Anime and Video game culture.
