Photos 1 thru 3 are Angelo Muscat.  A chubby little person who is most known as the butler on The Prisoner. He has only a few credits, but they include British TV special movies, Alice in Wonderland and The Magical Mystery Tour and he was an Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Photos 4 thru 8 is Ken Parry. Personally, I’ve only seen him in The Baron, but in believe he specialized in nervous types. Photos 4 thru 7 are from The Baron and Photo 8 is from The Avengers.

He is in the middle, the chub on the right is Philip Leaver.  Photo 9 is from The Curse of the Werewolf and Photo 10 is from the movie Heavens Above.
