Robert Morley. (1 of 2) The 1960s were a busy decade for Robert Morley, appearing in 30 feature films and a few TV movies and teleplays also. After being nominated for an Oscar in his first featured role in a movie, as Louis XVI in “Marie Antoinette” in 1938, Robert was selective in the roles he took in the 1940s and 1950s. He was less picky in the 1960s, taking on roles in some silly comedies as well as some solid comedies.
