Look your. I’m not a chef I just love Asian cuisine. So today I finally made my 1st dinner in my new apartment.
I made Tonkatsu or “pork cutlet” in Japanese. It sounds cool but it’s really just a typical fried pork chop but with breadcrumbs.

The Tonkatsu sauce is just Worchester sauce and ketchup mixed together.

I’ve never fried pork chops until today.
