there are two types of little treats.

loadbearing little treat (such as ice cream sandwich) - to get u through the misery

juice reward little treat (such as purchase)- to reward self for doing a particularly good job

u must be vigilant against placing items in the loadbearing category that do not belong there such as hard drugs amazon wishlist or dick.

conversely, do not sell urself short on the juice reward. really choose something that u will enjoy with great excitement given that u only do it infrequently.
