Mostro Barchetta Zagato Powered by Maserati, 2022. Seven years after they presented the Zagato Maserati Mostro, the Italian coachbuilder have revealed an open version. It will offered with either Maserati’s 414hp 4.2 litre V8 or the new 621hp twin turbo 3.0 V6 from the MC20. Both are placed in a front/mid configuration to provide a 50/50 weight distribution. Like the closed version the Barchetta will be made in a edition of 5 cars, which have all been pre-sold.

Jensen C-V8, 1962. Designed by Eric Neale, 500 C-V8s were made in 3 series between 1962 and 1966 initially powered by a 361ci Chrysler V8, then after 1964 it was upgraded in Chrysler’s 330hp 383ci engine. The engine was placed behind the front axle making it one of the first front-mid engined cars. The bodywork was fabricated in fibreglass with aluminium door skins.
