Fur Bible was the short-lived band she formed with The Kid after their time in the Gun Club. They released a 7″ and soon called it quits. Not long after, Powers would join The Bad Seeds and would spend the next few years playing with Nick CavewhilePatricia Morrison would go on to play with the Sisters Of Mercy.

“…I really loved it. It was a real fun thing and it really broke up this whole seriousness about The Gun Club breaking up and this thing with Tex not working out. It was like, ‘OK, we can be totally ridiculous’. It came at the right time.”
