Incoming! Fever scene from the new Turkish series Meryem~
In a nutshell, this guy injured his arm while saving the girl you see here (aka Meryem). He never really tended to the wound, and you can see it giving him a hard time slowly through the episode, until you get this lovely fever scene for your enjoyment.
With regards to the dialogue, he’s not really in the best of terms with Meryem (major past issues), so he’s surprised that she’s still helping him. They argue but he’s too tired and asks her to leave right before he (ever so beautifully) passes out, but lovely Meryem, like many of us kind-hearted whumpers, decides to stay and tends to his fever (with the infamous washcloth) until help arrives.
