My D&D character Galewind is becoming more of a greaser by the second.

Yes he is canonically wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses (darkvision goggles) in a fantasy setting. The converses might be more debatable, but they are magical items (featherstep shoes), so why not?

Very important D&D illustration of what happened last session. We get to a big city, and like the first thing I do is go get a fancy outfit, including lace underwear.

Gale is a very good boy and I love him a lot.

Gale

Also known as Galewind, Ramiel, Bimpnottin, Squall, Howl, and Clouddancer, just to name a handful.

My main D&D character currently. An air genasi wild magic barbarian (and future moon druid), and an orphan along with his bard twin brother. Raised by gnomes, but left the village pretty young. Currently 20 years old. Together they’re traveling performers, picking up other jobs along the way. For a time they were with a circus, and more recently they were the consorts of a rich merchant. Now they’re adventurers: fighting monsters and discovering secrets, protecting people and making friends, exploring dungeons and befriending dragons.

He’s an outdoor kid, friend of animals and lover of shenanigans and pranks. Informal, playful, and easily bored. A kind person and supportive friend, but really bad at talking about feelings or serious stuff. A free spirit who takes things as they come, sometimes to the frustration of his more overthinking brother. He gets reallyexcited about getting to fight monsters with his cool axe. Sometimes magic explodes out of him when he does, with unpredictable results.

And honestly, all this stuff about destiny and dead kings and armies and djinn and wild magic and potential royal heritage? It’s all a little bit beyond him… Really he’s just here to have a good time, and hopefully help people and provide some joy along the way.
