Gelegentlich isn’t really used in spoken german because it’s a long word, but fits well in written texts. Ab und zu is the most common in spoken German - it’s like “once in a while”. All three are acceptable and pretty much interchangeable imo. @lemonadeandlanguages
Hallo German Study Buddies, I recently completed a topic about Gleichberechtigung zwischen Frauen und Männer (Equality between women and men) and I thought I would share some vocabulary.
This has honestly been the most interesting topic I’ve learnt about in German because I actually got to gain a deeper insight into the oppression of women in developing countries, whilst expanding my German vocabulary to be able to talk about these deep and contemporary issues!
