Jon and Gerry were twins. Gertrude got Jon in the divorce Parent Trap style but soon realized this kid isn’t going to live long if she keeps him, and gives him away
For funsies we can say she gave him to a woman across the street from gerry and they both grew up thinking “hey that kid kinda looks like me” but never really interacting with them
Mary doesn’t know about that ofc, she and Gertrude haven’t talked since she took one step out the door
Currently obsessing over Gerry again, which also means any character related to him, reading his dads wiki, relistening to his statement, and observing the small niche of the fandom that absolutely adore him while researching for his playlist, I’ve come to the conclusion that my favourite flavour of tma fan has to be Eric Delano stans.
They’re all so NICE and TALENTED and almost certainly nuerodivergent, god I just- HHHHHHH.
