Tonight we were meant to be “whipping it up” in Copenhagen!
Although tonight’s glam plans have been put on hold, I am happy to say that we now have rescheduled #Glamonatrix dates in 2021 for Copenhagenn Stockholm, and Oslo:

*Please note that we will do two shows the same evening in Copenhagen! If you had a ticket for the canceled May 18 show, the new showtime on this night will be 6:00pm, and if you had a ticket for May 20, your showtime will be 9:30pm.

A memory from Folies Bergère in Paris ✨
When I there as guest star of @jpgfashionfreakshow , the @foliesbergere_officiel staff kindly showed me around, and patiently too! I couldn’t help but marvel at the history, savoring each detail, asking what was behind every locked door. I even went up on the roof, behind the glamorous facades to get glimpses of the original circa 1869 structure. (see photo 2)
A highlight was going into this dilapidated backstage area, where, once upon a time, they’d hoist the #showgirls to the stage through trap doors on these glitzy showponies. Seeing all the ways they’d bring the showgirls onto the stage, including through the ceiling, made my heart race! It would never be allowed now.
Tonight was meant to be the opening night of #Glamonatrix at #FoliesBergere ,and while I’m feeling sentimental for all the joys that showbiz brings us, I am also grateful that we have new dates to look forward to February 2021.

I thought I’d share this confection by the #corset maestro #MrPearl with you. This morning I woke to a text from him wishing me “lilac lovesensations” from Edinburgh, and so I thought I’d pass the sentiment your way too
