what not to do this jan 2020
please stay healthy this 2020 and don’t ruin your body from your ed like i did, bullimia has made me so much more ugly and unhealthy than i ever was before and i despise my body more than i ever have. please don’t let your diet and calories control you. i am getting on this diet to become healthy the right way, thought even 1,200 calories a day is unhealthy and i don’t recommend eating under 2,000. eating healthy and working out is the best method mentally and physically.
safe foods:
- any fruits/ veggies
- apples
- spinach
- egg whites
- olives
- lettuce
- carrots
- homemade soup
- string cheese low fat
- black coffee
- any other low cal/healthy supplements/alternative foods that feel comfortable and are in my diet range
- vegan alternatives
workouts:
- workout at gym for 2 hours 5 days a week (4 minimum)
- walk at least 10,000 steps per workout day and 1,000 minimum on off days
rules:
- 1,200 calories a day (all calories not ate on week days from the amount can be added to weekend calorie amount)
- fast once a month
- no cheat days
- stretch before working out
- can only smoke weed if i workout after for at least an hour or don’t eat
- 30 sit up/crunches before bed
- 10 10 second thigh crunches
- 30 second wall sit
- 20 squats before bed
- keep up w hygiene and try to stay active even on bad days!!
- find alternatives to keep from over eating
