Prompt:Dearest| for @hdcandyheartsfest Fest 2022 | WC: 200
Harry watched Teddy climb up the swing on his own. He waited for his dearest cousin Draco to push him gently before he’d pick up speed himself. It was his favourite thing, apparently, to go to the park with both Harry and Malfoy.
Needless to say, for Harry it was quite the chore. Malfoy hated him and Harry more or less tolerated Malfoy’s presence. It was for Teddy, Harry would often tell himself when he’d visit Andromeda’s every other Sunday to spend time with Teddy and Draco. He liked the Saturdays when he took Teddy to the market with Bill and Fleur’s daughter.
Malfoy watched Harry from a distance as he pushed Teddy on the swing. Harry frowned and looked away. How long did he need to be here again?
At the end of the afternoon, they all had tea, and then it was finally time for Harry to leave.
“Good to see you dear,” Andromeda said to both Harry and Malfoy as the evening winded down with Teddy tucked in bed.
“See you soon, then,” Malfoy said, kissing Andromeda’s cheek; he nodded once at Harry and left via the Floo.
Yes, Harry hated these Sundays. He most certainly did.
