Wearing a newly finished costume for the first time is such a thrill.

Hecate from Lore Olympus was thrown together relatively quickly by modifying garments I already owned. The lace on the shoulders was the most time consuming element, as I Frankenstein-ed them together from many individually cut pieces. I tried to incorporate some symbology evocative of Hecate, using shapes that reminded me of snakes and stars. Then I glitzed it up with rhinestones because why not?
