Back in October I had the honor of participating in @neonbell-zines ‘s Higurashi zine! It was a ton of fun and a great learning experience.
I really wanted to focus on the idea that Rika’s happy ending in the first series was one-in-a-million occurrence in a sea of tragedies.

FINALLY able to share my piece for @neonbell-zines Higurashi zine!
Takano’s my absolute favorite character, her story is so compelling to me and I feel like she’s such a unique character. I had to illustrate something in tribute to her story, and figured I’d try to make a fake comic cover out of it!
