As a company that preaches female empowerment, one would think that they would take this matter seriously, and would be willing to work with the appropriate organisations in order to fix any issues. But no instead ignore the thousands of voices asking for change and sharing their personal stories of mistreatment whilst working for Honey Birdette.

Are you listening now #honeybirdette ? Your workers deserve to feel safe, protected and supported, to have job stability, breaks and paid for their overtime, your sexist policies binned, and a HR department would be a great start too. Don’t give me this bullshit that these are past issues or don’t exist. I’ve been into all your Victorian stores to talk to staff last month, our worst thoughts were confirmed. This platform alone allows them to make contact with me and others involved with #notyourhoney to urge us to keep going, that we are on the right path!
