April 14, 2022 - Orange-breasted Myzomela, Sulphur-breasted Myzomela, or Orange-breasted Honeyeater (Myzomela jugularis)

Found only in Fiji, these honeyeaters live in gardens, forests, and mangroves. They eat nectar from a variety of flowers as well as spiders and insects, usually foraging alone or in small flocks, but sometimes gathering in larger groups at flowering trees. They build loose cup-shaped nests from grasses and rootlets attached to vertical stems in shrubs, vines, or small trees.
