Week 29: This was something they got the kids to do, so my host brother is in that line. (Although I kinda wanted to do it!) They are basically ‘pulling’ that noble’s cart/carriage around! It looked really cute, and they had chants that they taught the kids to sing as they went along.

Week 29: I did throw some darts though! These were heaps of fun! I didn’t do very well though.. So no prize was won. But that’s alright! I got to throw ninja darts!

Week 29: This is my host-brother being a ninja! Throwing stars (or 手裏剣 - shuriken in Japanese) are actually pretty hard to control and throw straight.. I didn’t have a go at this one though..
Week 28: So after that night, IT WAS HOLIDAYS!! So I got to spend some time in host families! This was the view from my room at the first host family. (I think I’ve talked about them before.. The octopus post from ages ago?)
