I’m not a big soup drinker but I have just tasted the perfect one. Clear vegetable broth (sweetened with carrots, onions and cabbage), enriched with smoked speck (bacon), parsley and a hint of butter. And for delicious texture: light, pillowy chicken dumplings and crunchy croutons.
