Hey all,
I feel horrible for posting this link especially with Covid and the holidays passing but not posting this where people could potentially see doesn’t feel right.
Just yesterday morning my cousin’s house burned down. This has left my grandpa, aunt, cousin, and her daughter completely homeless with nothing and a winter storm is approaching in the upcoming days. My main concern is for my cousin’s daughter who is under the age of 12 who has to live with this tragedy.
While it’s not required to donate, if anything could be spared to help them out I would be forever grateful. Reblogging is highly encouraged.

the exhibition recreates, from an amalgamation of memory, Google searches, dreams and the few surviving Polaroids, her childhood home, which burned to the ground when she was sixteen in 1999. The ten paintings present the room from every angle and encompass multiple years, showing the slow decline of the house prior to the fire as it first becomes water damaged from a leaky roof and then consumed by waste before eventually burning down.
