Just found out that there is a name for my favourite activity when I am home alone

House nudism

It basically means that you don’t wear any clothes while you are at home. At first it might feel a bit sexual, because that’s what you are taught, that nudity is sexual. But after a while, when you ignore this feelin for a bit and start doing ordinary things it is honestly quite freeing.

I am currently dealing with anxiety disorder and when I can spend most of my time naked it helps a shitload. Usually I feel so free that I start dancing which I never do unless I’m shit faced, not even alone.

So to all of you who already do this it’s called house nudism. And to all of you who don’t: try it! It is great to be non-sexually naked.
