i dont really post abt my hylics ocs because most of them are for a story i am working on (that i probably wont finish any time soon)
his name is opalescens, hes a fuckin. aquatic version of whatever species dedus is, and he literally just sells his stupid little sculptures as “”’rare artifacts”” at his tourist trap store on an island that is alleged to have had a sage live on it for a bit (thats a lie btw), and the only reason why he does it is because his sculptures suck ass and nobody wants to buy them if he just sold them as-is

couldnt decide on what species to make dedus so i just decided to make them into the respective species of the other crew members
Mostly based on headcanon, the only one that is basically just me coming up with something that looks legit is whatever pongo’s species is
This took a while but it was surprisingly fun to come up with and draw ^^ lineart’s a bit rusty, but it fulfills its purpose in life, to contain the colors

i finished the main drawing late last night + i felt like making something showing off gibbys full outfit lol
i would like to state that in my hylics fanon thing the only reason people initially liked gibby before he yknow, yeeted their brains was because he was attractive
im not going to say what killed him there, because reasons
the reasons being that it was brutal and Not Nice

though sosa isnt grandma old. old enough to be called aunt at the very least, but not grandma
