Chandra is always on the look out for planes with beautiful sunsets or skylines or constellations or other such beautiful vistas. She marks these places for picnics to go on with Nissa. Chandra’s not super into admiring such things herself, but Nissa seems to love them. And while Nissa gazes at the skies, Chandra gets to gaze at Nissa. Win-win.

Ectocontaminated Danny before the Accident AU (pretty sure I saw this from somewhere, but I’ll still talk about it):

Since birth, Danny was surrounded by ectoplasm, thus, he is ectocontaminated Way before the Accident. Jazz is in the same boat, but to a lesser degree, since their parents didn’t have access to large amounts of ectoplasm immediately, so the ectocontamination started for the siblings around the same time, plus Jazz tried her best to avoid their parents, meanwhile Danny was often helping them out, without a suit.

How does that change things? It’s easier for Danny to make excuses about his parents’ invention going off around him.

(It’s also the reason Danny was relatively fine immediately after the Accident, disregarding the whole half dead thing. It’s why Danny didn’t need to go to the hospital, he was already acclimated to ectoplasm in his system. That doesn’t mean the Accident didn’t hurt.)

Danny and the gang realize that if anyone else went into that portal, they would not come out at all. Jazz being the only exception, where she might’ve survived, or maybe she would’ve come back as a ghost, who knows?

Casper High doesn’t really bat an eye at Danny’s power mishaps, because the Fentons always have this weird atmosphere around them, ya know? Danny isn’t banned from handling fragile objects for like, only temporarily, yay
