#i didnt intentionally make those kids cry

I wish customer service was more like lifeguarding. I literally get paid to tell people to “knock it off” when they’re acting like idiots. Yesterday I made two children cry, but instead of getting reprimanded, my boss told me that I was a huge contributor and that he was very grateful for me.

Today there were a couple teenagers acting like idiots at the store and those poor associates just had to clean up after them and say nothing.

Give folks in customer service permission to say, “knock it off” challenge!
