Jokes on me, I said I probably wouldn’t do any December prompts, but here we are

This is actually one of my OCs from another story, but I haven’t worked on it much. XD He’s my most arrogant one, though, pffffttt (but I love him, of course).

I did little gif thing with the lights, too - ahh .. on Photoscape, so … it .. well, you know, it changes pictures, so. X’D It’s grainy, but it’s kind of cool.
