In 1818, Aster meets a strange boy with white hair standing in the middle of the North American Great Plains.

Things never are quite the same after that.

Every time I get into a Rise of the Guardians mood I wind up back at this fic.

If Jack and Bunnymund had started a friendship in 1818 when Jack was a young spirit, meeting up each year around Easter all the way up until Jack gets chosen as a guardian.
