That must be the best thrift shop find of all times.
This looks to have been done by Connie Faddis, who was pretty famous in Trek circles in the ‘70s. She also wrote fic, which she’s been reposting on AO3 lately (1976 is definitely the oldest backdated work I’ve seen there!)

Cher Horowitz is a really good role model imo. She’s whip-smart, outspoken, sweet, sassy and overall a kind-hearted girl who wants to do good.
Not to mention she has a groovy sense of style
