Normally “Don’t get the wrong idea” is something people say to indicate that they did something out of self-interest. Here it’s the opposite.
I get what she means, which is that she still doesn’t wantto be on stage with Eriko, but what she doesn’t realize is that “I got on stage to save you” is still verymoving and impressive, whether she wants it to be or not.
After this, they sing a love song together and then Rei tells Eriko she hopes they can sing together at a concert again!

Going to start Idol Densetsu Eriko again. I watched the first 9 eps, but stopped because the 9th didn’t have subs on gogoanime. But I searched “Idol Densetsu Eriko episode 10” and found it subbed elsewhere. The problem is, it’s been so long, I’ve forgotten what happened, so now I have to start over from the beginning.
I mostly remember that there was a very cool girl with a motorcycle who was friends with the protagonist.
