I agree very much about personalities plus traits.

YES. In TS2 we seem to try to associate zero or one nice points as “evil” or bad. Now, zero nice points plus the evil trait is super villain territory. Zero nice points plus instead the eccentric trait, and now we are in privileged Fortune Sim range. Socially Awkward with zero nice points? Frugal? The variations are unlimited!
