long before computers were interfaced with our fingers for sequential series of index finger taps and drags, my favorite artist was making bold statements about the artist of the future, saying that they would merely point to make art.
This wasn’t exactly a prediction, but for something said around 1920-30s, it’s quite bizarrely accurate.
